today rediscovering MY FEET .... FEET AWAKENING

I reflects this image and those feet might be too powerful and my ankle ankle forced ... (you can do is an obsession since childhood )
be thinking that your feet with the kitchen are not a girlfriend ... well
I raise you: I have given the highest attention to them (pitted nails neat and 365 days a year) and having the confidence gained from years of dance ... you can rest assured ... perfect care and cleaning, which is fitting the kitchen:-D

La riflessione che mi porta a scrivere questo post oggi è la sensazione di benessere ritrovato stamattina al risveglio.
Nel we ho partecipato a sessioni di lavoro per teachers di Cardiolates belle massacranti...
 Grande Barbara !!!
Invece di svegliarmi come se li avessero tirati fuori dal tritacarne 10  min prima,  la sensazione è stata di "piedi nuovi" !!!
La riflessione si è fatta davvero importante e ha occupato parecchi pensieri della giornata..
Rileggendo il testo....cito un articolo di un sito web dedicato al triathlon :
